    • The following items are required for an application to be considered complete. Please contact the Department of Planning and Development at planzonedept@mansfieldct.gov with any questions.
    • In addition to digital (pdf) copies of all required documents, original signed and sealed copies shall be provided of all submissions. Additional copies may be required for certain documents as specified.
    • Please date all documents, including revision dates.

  • Describe the proposed work to be done, including how the proposed work is compatible with the architectural features and heritage of the historic district. Please identify materials to be used as well as all other relevant information.

  • Provide a site plan drawn to scale that accurately identifies the location of existing improvements on the property (structures, driveways, well/septic system locations, etc.) as well as the proposed changes. The plan must include dimensions, particularly of new features and proposed setbacks of new structures/additions from property lines.
