The Town of Mansfield has initiated a roughly six-month trial period where Town Hall office business hours will be expanded Monday through Thursday, and municipal offices will be closed on Friday.  More specifically, municipal offices in Town Hall will provide service Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM and Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Town Hall municipal offices will be closed on Fridays, but the Mansfield Public Schools central office, Eastern Highlands Health District, and Resident Troopers Office will continue to offer service to residents and visitors on Fridays. Please also note that these changes only apply to municipal departments housed within Town Hall, and will not apply to other Town facilities (i.e., library, community center, senior center, etc.).

Please provide us feedback on this pilot, which we plan to implement through June 30, so that we can evaluate the extent to which the change in service hours at Town Hall is enabling us to continue providing the highest quality/convenience service to our residents, businesses and visitors.
