  • Pursuant to Section 8-7d(g), C.G.S., the Town of Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission maintains a Public Notice Registry of landowners, electors and nonprofit organizations that have requested to receive advance notice of public hearing on proposed changes to the following:

    • Zoning Regulations or Map
    • Subdivision Regulations
    • Plan of Conservation and Development

    Once placed on the Registry, your name will be kept on the Registry for a period of three (3) years, at which time you must submit a new request to be added for another three-year period.
