  • Pursuant to Mansfield's Inland Wetland Agency notificaton requirements, abutting property owners are hereby notified of a wetland application pending before the Inland Wetland Agency.  The complete file for this application is available for review in the Planning Office.  Questiosn regarding the application or application review process may be addressed by calling the Planning Office at (860) 429-3330 or emailing at PlanZoneDept@mansfieldct.org

     

  • I. Public Hearing/Meeting Dates:

  • *Notices are to be sent within 7 (seven) days of the receipt of the application by the office staff.  To verify that Notice requirements have been met, applicants are required to submit Certificate of Mailing receipts and one copy of information mailed to property owners to the Planning Office.  Failure to meet Notice requirements or to submit return receipts to the Planning Office promptly may necessitate application processing delays.
