Pursuant to Mansfield's Zoning and Subdivision Regulations, abutting and/or neighboring property owners are hereby notified of a land use application pending before the Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC). PZC meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. For instructions on how to participate or for any questions regarding this application or the review process, please contact the Planning Office at 860.429.3330 or via email at planzonedept@mansfieldct.org.

*Notice Timing. For revisions to the Zoning Map and Special Permits, notices are to be sent at least 10 (ten) days prior to the Public Hearing. For Site Plans and Subdivisions, notices are to be sent within 7 (seven) days of the Commission receipt of the application. To verify that Notice requirements have been met, applicants are required to submit receipts of Certificate of Mailing and one copy of information mailed to property owners to the Planning Office. Failure to meet Notice requirements or to submit receipts to the Planning Office promptly may necessitate delays in application processing and/or the scheduled public hearing.
